All online skincare purchases are final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer store credit for any online orders.

Due to the nature of medical-grade skincare and strict safety standards, once products leave our spa, they cannot be resold or reused.

Order Accuracy

Please double-check your order prior to checkout, including product selection and shipping information. We are unable to make changes once an order has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly assist in resolving shipping-related errors.

Orders are processed within 5 - 7 business days. Shipping timelines may vary based on carrier delays, which are outside of our control.
