How To Use

AM / PM:

Cleanse the skin and allow it to fully dry.

Apply a thin layer of Obagi Nu-Cil Eyelash Enhancing Serum to the base of the upper lash line (Do not apply to the lower lash line, lid, or any other areas!).

Wait 90 seconds for product to dry completely before applying another product to the skin.
Key Ingredients

NouriPlex® Technology - A unique blend of biotin, panthenol, sodium hyaluronate and a proprietary lipid compound.

Biotin - Supports the natural production of keratin.

Proprietary Lipid Compound - Helps address the appearance of thinning, sparse lashes.

Sodium Hyaluronate - A form of hyaluronic acid that attracts and retains water to both hydrate and improve the appearance of thickness and density of the eyelash.
